“We were celebrating our milestone anniversary and was given a nice large room facing the ocean. Everyone who greeted us wishes us on our anniversary. The check-in was smooth. The concierge went over and above. The service staff at the restaurants and by beach area were excellent. The staff at the beach rentals was very accommodating. Overall we had a good time. The breakfast is good and had a wide spread. The food at Deck, Terrace and Seven were good. We didn’t enjoy the Farm as much. ……

“We had an amazing stay at Blue Haven Resort. The private beach was absolutely beautiful, and we loved taking advantage of the included paddle boarding and kayaking. A wonderful bonus was being able to use the sister resort, Alexandria. We enjoyed alternating between both resorts, experiencing the different beaches, and trying the various dining options at each location.
The shuttles between the resorts were always on time and made getting around very convenient. One suggestion we would have is……
“The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this……
“This was my boyfriend’s and I first time in Turks and we stayed 4 nights at the West Bay resort. Truly had an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was a great plus to this hotel.
The pool and beach were breathtaking and clean.
Keep in mind, if you want to explore, be ready to take a taxi or rent a car as this hotel is very secluded. Also, bring cash because the nearest atm is about a 20 minute walk and the taxis only take cash.
