Weekend getaways in Northern Phoenix

Great place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The host was super helpful and the communication was above and beyond what we have ever experienced.

Excellent facility, great complimentary breakfast and friendly people. Not sure about Hotels.com's low price guarantee and who it benefits, my hotel receipt for the 1 night stay was $171.27 but Hotel.com charged my credit card $201.50

Great hotel in great location. Clean, good breakfast, nice facilities, friendly staff, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again!

My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as...

The property was new, but the 19 avenue exposure resulted in noisy traffic at times.

Nice, Modern, and clean hotel. The staff is top notch, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely stay the next time I am in Phoenix.

This was a great property, good location and good food.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and very accommodating.

Showed up at 3am and received a room right away! Surprisingly all the smoking rooms were taken, but maybe it was for the better because I had to get off my butt to go smoke outside!

Has great space to relax in the Pool. Bed we’re really confortable.

The only critique I have is that the bistro closes at 9am and doesnt open til 5. I had morning calls that ended at 9 and wasnt able to get anything but grabn go for the rest of the day. Maybe 10am would be a little more guest friendly?

It is your standard HI Express: clean, friendly staff, average free breakfasts. It is exactly what we expected.

The property is very holy but there were staff ready to take us anywhere on a golf cart. Super friendly staff.

Really nice rooms

Megan was an absolute Gem! Great personailty! Friendly! I wish there were more people like her! Thank you Megan for being so kind!

The water park was great

My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area.
