“We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. There was a good choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, cooked to a high standard. Our room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort throughout our stay. The only downside was that some of the furniture felt a little tired and could benefit from an update, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. “Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“Hotel old and tired, smelled strange! Room boiling hot no fan supplied. Food served was not as described on menu and of poor quality for the price. Breakfast tables had not been cleared difficult to find a clean one. Poor selection on a buffet breakfast, eggs inedible. Staff pleasant but seemed happier when outside chatting and smoking. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.”
