Fit For a Crew With a Hot Tub Too--5 bedrooms

Nestled in a historical Pekin neighborhood, this 2 story house will be your new favorite stay. Relax and enjoy time with friends, family or co-workers in this large 2 story home approximately 10 blocks from downtown Pekin. Great neighborhood to take pleasure in a walk on a sunny day. Enjoy the hot tub that seats 7. High speed internet is excellent and 2 TVs with Roku with Hulu and Netflix available on both. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making your meal times convenient and easy. Washer and dryer provided in the unfinished basement, making those longer stays all that much more comfortable. Get a good night's sleep on the spacious beds, dressed in fresh crisp linens. Plenty of parking available in the back of the house as well as street parking for your convenience. There is one main floor bedroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are connected and you must walk through one room to get to the other bedroom. Disclosure: There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property; 1 on front porch and the other on the back of the house facing the hot tub, back yard and majority of the back drive.

Overnight Stay for State Track and Field
Our family stayed here for State Track and Field. The house was a short 15 minute drive from Eastside Center in Peoria and had food/walgreens/ shopping near by. The hot tub was a great addition to the house too. Definitely will stay here again!

Nice size house for groups.
We enjoyed our stay with Debra. She was very nice when booking and helped with any questions we had. The place was large and had beds for everyone, which were pretty comfortable! We loved having a full kitchen, it was great except we wish the pots/pans and utensils werent so worn and chipped, but they were still functional. We enjoyed the hot tub except the jets weren't very strong no matter what we did, so that was a little disappointing but still nice to relax. The house overall was a little dusty, most of us woke up with bad allergies the next day. As a professional deep clean specialist, things could've been cleaner. There was also a hole in the front window that wasps were getting into the house from. So we had to battle with wasps from time to time. It was a good stay for the most part. I definitely don't think it was worth 581 for 2 nights though. I'd recommend to anyone with a large group that is only staying a few nights. The area was quite and great spot for a walk.

Great place for our big family
A charming and immaculately clean, older home with plenty of space for us to host our adult children and family in the area for Christmas. The host was very helpful with our timing and supplying a decorated Christmas tree. Lots of comfortable seating space and a big dining table/chairs to fit 8. I gave an overall 4 star rating due to the squeaky stairs (tough for different wake up times) 😏 . And, for there being a camera pointed at the hot tub. Just seemed weird. We loved using the hot tub. It sure was a bonus! The beds were comfortable, plenty of closets and a well stocked kitchen. They supplied coffee filters, salt & pepper, cooking oil, and sugar and flour when we were there. This may fluctuate. I highly recommend this place if you need five bedrooms and enjoy a hot tub!!

Great rental for a large family
Myself and extended family (total of nine people) Steve the weekend in this house, and it worked great for us! The house is spacious with lots of seating in the living area, and a large dining room table, which had enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Only two bathrooms but we were able to make that work without issue. House was clean and as described. Definitely appreciated that each bedroom had a power strip for extra plug-in capacity. Front porch was very nice for sitting outside and relaxing with a cup of coffee. And the hot tub is a nice addition as well. Host was quick to respond when we had questions. Check in process and check out process for easy. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Charming Gem in Pekin
We needed to be in the area for a wedding and didn’t expect to find much in Pekin. This was a perfect fit for our family. Great week playing softball in Peoria and staying in this great VRBO! Owner was super responsive and the house was very clean.... beds were comfy and it was a great place for players and moms to hang for the week! Much cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel!

Amazing location
Every year my friends and I go on our annual disc golf trip. Knowing IL is a hot spot for disc golf we decided to head south this year and landed this beautiful place for our stay. We were within 20 min of 5 major courses which was awesome The house was very clean. Hot tub was a luxury and was perfect after coming back and needing to relax the legs from walking all day

This home was well stocked, very clean and spacious for our 3 generation family. The hot tub was a nice benefit. We loved having the front porch to gather on. It was just a short walk to downtown Pekin. My only suggestion would be new mattresses...I slept in 2 of the 5 and they were both too soft for me.

Perfect girls getaway
This great place was perfect for our sisters getaway weekend. It was exceptionally clean and it has an enormous amount of room so we could spread out. Beds are very comfortable, linens are luxurious. We spent a good deal of time enjoying the neighborhood from the front porch. A very convenient part of Pekin. Debra was accessible, kind, and hospitable. We have already decided we want to return to this very same spot later this year.

1st time in Pekin, IL
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house, very clean and nicely put together. Supplied with the perfect amount of towels for the week and supplies. No Dishwasher, but all in all it was okay. The picture showed a gas grill and we only had charcoal but it worked out great. Dogs next door barked for a long time but other than that we would rent house again next time we are in Peoria for softball tournament.
