“This is the cutest place and so convenient for a lazy weekend on the water. The bed is very comfortable. I do suggest bringing an hot plate if you’d like to cook but there is only one sink. So we chose to eat at “By the Bridge” and never had a bad meal. The service was great too. I’d definitely recommend this rental to everyone! (Except when I want to book it again!) Cole helped with our kayak rentals and he was the sweetest young man and so super helpful. 100% recommend this rental! Ps: bring……

“My Husband and I stayed at the Beacon for our Honeymoon, it was absolutely a wonderful stay, the staff was so kind and even had a gift for us. They have a ton of beach items to borrow and the walk from the hotel to the beach is short and super easy. The only comment we have is the bed we particularly had was extremely firm. This was our first time staying here and we are already planning to rebook.”

“If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired. “Condo was beautiful. Wish the ocean was in view but you could still hear it. Our host Dawn was amazing, so nice and helpful. She gave me ideas on where to go and things to do. She even offered us to stay another day, but we couldn't. We felt safe in the gated community. Everyone we encountered was nice. ”

“The place was good for the price,but the house is not that clean,,,when we arrived in we found dirty clothes at the room,and by the wall floors are dusty it seems like they cleaned just around,the beach is about a little more of quarter of mile walking exactly .34 mile.”
