“Reception opened abit later then 3pm, Another gest rang them. The gentleman recommended a restaurant, it was outstanding food 👌. Room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was okay, could of had a toaster. Overall happy.”

“Hotel name is not visible from the street. Parking on site was appreciated. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was 'open' but the cook was not there. After a while they reached her by phone and she would be there in 15 minutes, and was told to take our orders and I paid for two 'specials'. After arrival, the cook/owner(?) came out and chatted with several locals and then brought her dog out to visit with a guests dog. Later she came out with a hairnet on making me optimistic. We……

“We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !”

“The room we were allocated was very dated and tired. The mattress was old, sagging and not comfortable. The bathroom was equally poor with black mould on the paintwork, loose loo roll holder, insufficient loo paper for two guests over two nights and not restocked! The drench shower was right over the bath tap controls and not thermostatically controlled. My wife nearly got scalded trying to adjust the over bath shower. No warning that the hot water was extremely hot (as an experienced plumbing……

“Excellent place in Holyhead. It is a little hard to get a taxi and all the bus stops were closed when we were there due to road work. Transportation was our only challenge and the host was super helpful arranging that for us.”
