Great beach house for the WHOLE family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house for my wife, kids, parents and siblings (with their children as well). We had plenty of room for everyone to have a great time. The house was very clean/updated and all the amenities made for some sweet memories. Commute to beach very easy! Will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Fall Break Spot!

We had a great time! Some fished, some cooked, some beached, some soaked in the hot tub as the cool gulf breeze skimmed the surface… but everyone enjoyed the place! Plenty of room for a big group and generous supply of towels and linens. We definitely recommend the property.

Great Family Home

The home was beautiful. It was stocked with everything you will need and more. I have never seen so many towels and one rental property. My family enjoyed our stay very much. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were addressed and quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend this home for a beautiful stay.

The home was spacious and our family so enjoyed fishing off the pier, enjoying the hot tub, and sitting on the deck and watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything was perfect. Rental company only supplied 1 roll of very cheap paper towels , 1 detergent pod for dishwasher and washing machine and 1 garbage bag for our week long stay. Black floors showed all the dirt, dust and sand .. so place wasn’t spotless when we arrived . Still had a great time , just want to give other guests a heads up.

The main BR and bath are stunning. Great area off the main road for walking. Short walk to a convenience store and a great restaurant. My son and his family who are locals joined us. Two teenage grandsons had a great area downstairs to keep them happy. Definitely would recommend to someone. Happy memories made!

Great house

Overall the house was great! The layout worked well for our family. The only issue we had with the stay was the price. The house advertised 25% off after booking. We confirmed the discount via text prior to booking. After completing the booking the story changed and we found out that the discount was already included in the listed price. Very misleading and disappointing as 25% makes a big difference, otherwise we had a great stay.

The downfall, we had a ton of grass and jellyfish get “stuck” in the cove due to currents. We just swam around it. The downstairs shower needed cleaning. Otherwise a wonderful house with terrific attention to any issues that popped up!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 129 Le Port is an amazing house in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect. Our grandkids live 15 minutes away in Gulf Breeze. The family loved the house. We love to cook and the kitchen is well stocked. All rooms have a great view and the deck is peaceful. A 5 minute walk to beach. The sting rays (14) were a nice surprise. Youngest grandson enjoyed checking the crab trap at the dock. Will stay here again.

Great house with a great location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Le Port 129 the week of Thanksgiving. Two families for a total of 10 people. Quiet street with friendly neighbors. Close to lots of restaurants and stores, without any of the noise and traffic. We had plenty of room and the hot tub and views of the water were loved by all! Kitchen was stocked fairly well and we had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. Beds were soft and comfy with a foam mattress pad, new pillows and some extra pillow cases are needed, but overall a comfy sleeping experience. We would most definitely stay here again.

Dream vacation house

We had guests staying in all the bedrooms except the bunkbed room and everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for a large group. We loved being able to eat meals all together at the large dinning room table. The house was very clean. Everything worked. The living room was comfortable with room for everyone. It was so fun to walk out the backdoor and on to the dock and/or into the water. The water was beautiful with a sandy bottom. There were floaties for use in the garage. Dock is well maintained. Easy key pick up and drop off (the Paradise Beach Homes office is only about 5 min away). I have no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ONLY reason this is not 5 stars is because the AC in the unit was on the fritz during 95 degree weather. But the management company was phenomenal to deal with through it! Prompt to respond, courteous, apologetic and accomodating. Life happens, even on vacation! Cannot recommend this company enough based on our experience. The location was awesome as we brought our boat down and slipped it right there. Quiet neighborhood with a great view, close to restaurants and shopping. Property is very well kept, and the cleaning crew is my best friend. I am a germaphobe and have a hard time staying anywhere away from home, but had no issues at this unit because everything was clean (and I inspect!). Will absolutely book here again.

Perfect, Quiet Location-Stunning House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nicely set up and furnished. The kitchen is full gourmet. Its an "upside-down" house so the living room and kitchen is upstairs with a large deck and stunning views over the water. Plenty of 'lounge' places. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the sea birds (saw a bald eagle) and the dolphins chasing schools of fish. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, away from the more touristy part of Pensacola Beach. It is only a quick 10 minute drive over the two bridges to Downtown Pensacola. One of my favorite spots to urban hike, shop and dine. Only complaint, and it really isn't much of one, is having to go to the Property Manager's location to pick up and drop off the keys. Most rentals now have key pad entries so that you only need to receive the code prior to check in. The property managers did let us check in early so that was nice. All in all, an excellent stay with close friends.

Amazing Vacation Home!

Reviewer Comments: Location! Amenities! Cleanliness! Spacious! We had it ALL! We did not want our stay to end! While sipping our morning coffee, we watched dophins play. At night, we sat in the hot tub sipping our vino and watching the AMAZING sunsets! If the gulf was too rough for kayaking/paddle boarding, we did them on sound side. Fishing off the dock was great! We have already booked for next year!

A memorable family vacation at 129 Leport

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful property that provided for a wonderful family vacation and reunion. The home is in a great location. It’s very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice furnishings and kitchen has everything you need. We did a lot of cooking and other than condiments, this kitchen has it all! The outdoor space was wonderful! We rented a couple of kayaks and the whole family enjoyed spending all day from the dock either swimming, kayaking, fishing, or catching crabs. We did not want to leave. We would love to come back to this property for a future vacation!
