The property was well kept and clean inside and out. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious, loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool was clean and refreshing and loved that the beach was right out the backdoor.

Kids screamed in pool til after 10 pm. I will never book another room that over looks a pool. Mouse droppings in cabinet under the sink where dish rack and items stored. Dry rotted lamp shade and furniture needed a good cleaning.

Regency Towers through Hotel.com

The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com

The place was dirty. I had to wash every kitchen dish I used before I used it. One roll of toilet paper for a week is ridiculous the place is falling apart and lots of areas between the curtains needs a lot of work and it needs to be cleaned it’s filthy. Very disappointed
