You can enjoy swimming in the pool, hanging out in the yard, and visiting the sugar white sandy beaches of Perdido Key! The home is located in The Estates at Emerald Shores, and is near the Naval Air Station (NAS), Pensacola. The home is minutes away from Big Lagoon State Park and Johnson Beach.

Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen and Florida room. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room, along with a comfortable couch, loveseat and club chair. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and modern stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a table to accommodate the entire group, along with a kitchen bar counter with seating for 4. Step out to the back patio and the inviting screened in pool, complete with Adirondack lounge chairs. Imagine being able to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool without having to worry about bugs, debris, the harsh sun, leaves, and more. The pool lanai allows you to enjoy fresh outdoor air without being exposed to the elements that can spoil the fun of a nice pool day.
The three bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with king bed, comfortable bedding, chest of drawers, night stands and flat screen tv. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable bedding and the other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds also with comfortable bedding. The Florida room provides an additional twin bed. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The unit also includes a full-size clothes washer and dryer.
