This top floor penthouse has 3 bedrooms, all with fantastic views. There is a California King in the master bedroom with a 42" Screen Smart TV. In the guest bedrooms there are a King and 2 Queens, respectively, also with Flat Panel TV's & Built-in DVD players. All bedrooms have top-of-the-line mattresses for your rest and relaxation.
The living room & eating areas have gorgeous Gulf, Sound, and Island views and are beautifully decorated with high-end furniture and a new (2020) curve 55" smart TV & DVD player for luxurious living! The view from your balcony will be like none other in the building or on the island for that matter!
The kitchen is totally equipped for the Gourmet cook. there are 2 eating areas inside the home with views and 2 eating areas on the balcony for entertaining. Keurig Coffee Maker in addition to DeLonghi coffee maker.
We offer new FREE Wireless Internet to all guests who stay in our unit. During peak season we rent Saturday-Saturday.
Beach Colony West is the newest building in Beach Colony Resort, we have the largest pool on Navarre Beach, a covered parking garage, and an exercise facility.

Wonderful condo with breathtaking view
This was our 3rd Labor Day weekend staying in this beautiful condo. The location is wonderful and the beach view is amazing. The owners are great and are quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!
Could not have had a better time! We have been to Navarre many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay and our best trip yet. Was a beautiful, well stocked condo and the owners sent us all the info ahead of time so we were ready to go when we got there!! The gave us tips on their favorite restraunts and places to go. We will definately be back!

Great condo with a beautiful view from every window!
Rob was great through the whole process, answered all of my questions quickly. The condo was great for our family. Great location, well stocked, beautifully decorated, a lot of family games to play on rainy days, truly they thought of everything. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Property!
We enjoyed our four night stay in Navarre Beach at this beautiful property! The view was breathtaking and the condo was large and well stocked. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and loved every minute of our girls getaway! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
