“While the bedsheets were washed, they had stains all over them. The towels and washcloths had hairs of various kind (yes, that kind specifically), and the TV remote had some dried sauce of some sort on it. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing considering the high reviews this place has. The staff were very friendly and were wonderful. ”
