“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“A beautiful, spacious and conveniently located suite just a few minutes away that everything the Berkshires have to offer. I really love this place!”

“Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shower curtain had visible mildew along the bottom, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. I only discovered this once I was already in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was quite limited, and the omelet was only partially defrosted. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and service.”

“Good location and value during the high season when prices are sky high in the area. Breakfast is handy although options are limited. All day coffee in the lobby is a plus.”
