Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and another smart TV. No smoking space!
Fabulous golf course location with several restaurants in walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s each a short drive away. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Also close to The Barrett Jackson Auction, The Phoenix Open, Top Golf, the Phoenix Mountains Preserve, the Musical Instrument Museum, and Talking Stick Casino.
