BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOME Only Minutes From Golf Tournament !!!

This is an excellent location and a beautiful townhome with a outside yard for grilling and eating only a few minutes from the golf tournament a mile from 101 freeway as well as the 51 and 17 freeway. . You can walk to Starbucks on the corner for some breakfast or a cup of coffee. Desert Ridge is approx 6 minutes away for shopping or excellent restaurants . This townhome is by far a great location !!! The views are awsome I have mountain and desert views I don’t have another home next to mine . Nobody lives above me or below me so you don’t hear your neighbors .This is a non smoking home . Your welcome to smoke out back where there’s an ash tray.
