I stayed here in between my house moving. Friendly staff, clean, quite for the most part and the room had what I needed for my stay. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

When we checked in everything seemed fine however the first room we were given the door was propped open and it had a full trash can, dirty towels on the floor and looked as though it had not been cleaned. Therefore, we went back to the lobby to get a different room after the kind front desk lady trying to locate us a room she found us another and we headed to that room. On the way we ran into the gentleman who checked in after us who was headed back into the lobby and told us the room he was given was occupied when he opened the room which then left us feeling unsafe in our room not knowing if they would assign someone else to our room while we were in it. Definitely would not stay again as this was way unorganized and unprofessional but the front desk agent was super sweet.

Quiet low key spot

Front desk was extremely friendly. The property is quiet and the rooms were very spacious and a very different layout. I will stay here from now on and thankful I found this location

Checked in late at night with my kiddo. John at the front desk was super helpful and kind! And when i made a last minute adjustment to request a pull out couch they brought the keys directly to me! Very helpful, kind, and accommodating staff

Meh.. you can do better

We stayed there for three nights. They do not offer room service, but they will change your towels out after 3 PM. No pool, minimal continual breakfast. Front desk people were nice.

I was traveling across country and needed a place to crash. This property is dated and a far reach from the high end places of the most big cities. But the staff was very polite and friendly which added to the overall value: Though the room was clean, it felt like everything was ready to be donated. Lastly, the location was great and had direct access back to the highway. Thank you.

Shady security guard

We usually have an enjoyable stay but this time around there was a "security guard," that was a real creep. Not only was he a creep he is also a thief. As we were loading our vehicles, one person was bring our belongings down the steps and setting on the edge of the walkway snd i was loading it. Well we caught him sneakjng off to his vehicle with 3 of our bags. When we confronted him he claimed he got them out of the trash which is far from the truth. I am missing several items and my wife is missing a marc jacobs purse and several other items. He was also caught with his ear to our door and to top it off he was standing way too close to my wife as she was bent over loading our luggage. Not okay with that behavior.

The hotel was ok. The bed are soft, and the rooms are great, the o ly problem we encounter was the floor. It was dirty and sticky . I stayed for 3 days and i never meet a housekeeping, so my floor was that way during my stay. And they don't have continental breakfast (they only have coffee and muffins) i went for breakfast and they just have that (and run out so i didn't get thr chance to have my coffee)

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very rundown and needs refreshing. The towels were so worn and there was no mattress pad on the bed. That was gross for us. We slept on top of the bedding.

The stay was okay for one night, I didn't expect the $200 deposit. But had to pay since I didn't want to look for another place at the time of check-in.
