Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

Family fun

This property has it all! My daughters loved the hot tub and sitting outside by the beautiful pool. The house is cozy and clean with lots of sitting areas. The putting green is such a nice touch!!! The location was great for us close to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this property!!!
