The entire house including the covered patio is equipped with Sonos sound system with speakers throughout.

* Guests must disclose the exact number of occupants prior to arrival. There are to be no more than 10 occupants at the property at any given time. There’s a $25 charge per person per night after 6 guests for additional incurred expenses. In case of a violation, guests will be dismissed from the property and violations will be reported.

* There’s a daily charge of $150 to use the heated pool should guest choose to heat the pool. Please notify hosts ahead of check-in. Heated pool may not be available during extreme low temperature*

Amazing Property!
This property is absolutely amazing! The backyard is stunning and we spent most of our time out there! It was so spacious! Our family loved to play pickleball, cornhole and relax beside the pool and hot tub, which were really awesome! And the backyard was so pretty at night with all the hanging lights and the three fire features. The inside of the house was just as nice! Very high ceilings, enormous kitchen and island! Very nice high-end appliances and the couch was super comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable as well. And we loved the big beanbag! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet! And in a great area. Very close to lots of stores and restaurants. The hosts were super nice and responded very quickly anytime we had a question. We would highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed! 10/10

Perfect Scottsdale getaway!
This house is exactly as it appears in the listing. Stayed here with two adults and two 16-year-old teams. House is in exceptional condition. The backyard is wonderful - and where we spent most of our time. The owners have taken care to think of every detail. Would recommend this property 10/10!!

Scottsdale oasis with plenty to do!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful Scottsdale oasis over a long weekend. We had a 15, 11, and 10 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard. SO much to do and private. Huge patio with plenty of seating. Pool with hot tub, bar area with built-in BBQ, huge firepit (actually 3 fire areas...1 huge one and 2 small ones by the pool), pickle ball court with a basketball hoop, cornhole boards, and a trampoline. House was comfortable. Incredible kitchen with high end appliances including a 48" wolf range, Subzero fridge, freezer, and wine fridge + a massive island with seating to prep at. Other perks we enjoyed: Sonos sound system with 3 zones, piano, comfy couch, and the pool table and foosball table in the garage. Maz had some killer food recommendations. We would stay again!

Christmas 2023!
We had the best family Christmas at the home. We have 4 kids ranging from 19-10 and plenty for us all to do and enjoy. Maral was fantastic as a host. The backyard is amazing. Hard for our family to want to do anything in the area besides play pickleball and swim. At other properties sometimes the pool wasn’t truly heated. Maral constantly made sure the pool and hot tub were ready for our use. The host even set up a Xmas tree for us to place presents under! Thank you for making our Christmas Vacation special! We can’t wait to come back!

House is lovely and lacks nothing. Grounds are perfect for a wide variety of rest and recreation activities. Great location, responsive and informative hosts, beautiful decor and an over-all sense of welcome. The five adults in our annual reunion were absolutely delighted by our whole experience.

Fantastic Home and Property
Check in process was great! We met with Maz for check-in and he gave a helpful walkthrough of the home and how different things worked to make sure we could get the most out of our stay. He even gave us some suggestions of places to check out on our stay! For the property, there were just two of us but you could easily have more stay with additional beds and couches. Kitchen was well stocked and we were not concerned during the stay about not having proper cooking tools. The Sonos speakers throughout the house were some of our favorite aspects of the house as well. Outside was beautiful with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and pickleball court. We were able to have breakfast outside everyday and it was very peaceful and private from neighbors. Owners were very good with communication. They checked in to make sure our stay was going about halfway through and they were very available to turn on the hot tub early when requested. I would love to stay here again if we come to Scottsdale again!

Perfect weekend getaway
The house was gorgeous and perfect for entertaining our group. It was overflowing with amenities for us to occupy our time to where we could spend our nights fully entertained just at the house. My friends and I stayed at this beautiful property in Scottsdale for the weekend! What wonderful hosts and a gorgeous property. The check-in process was seamless and both Maral and Maz were great communicators and so warm and friendly. The backyard is a dream, the beds are super comfy, and there are so many fun activities to do while you stay at this home. I will definitely be back. If this home is available - book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous house!
8 ladies reunion and first time in Scottsdale! House was very spacious inside and out and great location. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and all the amenities provided. This house is great for families with small kids and grown kids as there is so much to do in their private backyard. The owners Maz and Maral were wonderful. We were greeted at the house and they gave us many tips for restaurants and shopping. We'll be back!

My wife and I picked this house out for her "babymoon". We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house and property were immaculate. The location was great--quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to top notch shopping, dining and outdoor fun. The hosts were responsive, friendly and gave out some great recommendations. Backyard is well-appointed with a shaded area, awesome pool & hot tub, basketball court, fire pit. This is gem of a property. We are already saying that we want to return and trying to plan when we can make that happen!

Beautiful home and a spectacular family experience
Our family of 4+2 (2 Adults +2 boys 20/22 and their girlfriends) enjoyed our 5 night/6day stay in this beautiful home located in a quiet Scottsdale suburb. Maz and Mural were very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. The home is magnificent, spotless and with plenty to do for everyone. Loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a resort type experience in sunny Arizona!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! This property truly has it all. We enjoyed the Pickleball court, basketball court, pool table, corn hole, outdoor grill/bar and the pool/hot tub. The outdoor space is huge and lovely at all times of the day. The kitchen and family room has lots of space to gather and cook, hang out, or watch movies. Our family was sad to leave this slice of paradise! The hosts were amazing. They were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests.

The perfect vacation retreat
My family of four just stayed at this beautiful home to enjoy our children's spring break and we all had the best time! The house was very clean, all on one level and massive, so you have plenty of space to spread out. And the pool and outdoor activities kept us entertained all week. My 8 year old loved the basketball court and my 6 year old couldn't get enough of the trampoline. My husband and I enjoyed the covered patio and we all loved the pool and spa. We have already decided we'll be coming back! Plus, Maz and Maral were the most available and attentive hosts we have ever had. If we have one piece of feedback, it would be to add plastic glassware and dishes to the kitchen as options to bring outside by the pool.

Incredible Hosts & Home!
This home is conveniently located with easy access to all that you may want to do while you're in the area, including hiking (it was 20 minutes to most of the trailheads we went to in the Carefree area), shopping, and restaurants. Other than nearby airport, the neighborhood is very quiet and offers a lot of privacy. The hosts were gracious and responsive our entire stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and backyard stand out as highlights, while the bedroom setups are a little unique - two masters and a third room with a daybed. The home could benefit from additional seating in the living area, although the sectional couch is super cozy/comfortable! All in all, this property was an INCREDIBLE value and experience.
