Your private guest cottage shares the grounds of the Walter Lee Smith House, a Tudor Revival farmhouse built in 1926 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Mature landscaping—including shady Chinese elms and a towering Aleppo pine in the front yard—creates a rare, park-like retreat in the heart of Phoenix.
While you enjoy modern comforts—fast WiFi, keyless entry, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry—you’ll also be surrounded by the history of North Central Phoenix. The main Tudor farmhouse is rarely used, so you’ll have the privacy of your own 800 sq. ft. cottage plus the atmosphere of a century-old estate.
For guests traveling with pets, a dog door and fenced yard make the space especially welcoming for four-legged companions.

House Rules & Additional Info
Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in with secure keyless entry. Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available on request.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. Details will be provided after booking.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect our neighborhood and your privacy.
Events & Parties: Not permitted. Registered guests only, unless pre-approved.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors.
Pets: Dogs welcome with prior approval. Please include details in your reservation request. A pet-friendly dog door and fenced yard make access easy.
Entertainment: Smart TV with streaming, WiFi, and HDTV antenna for local channels. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts. Additional programming can be arranged at guest expense.
Utilities: Quoted rates include a prorated utility allowance of $250 per month (calculated at approximately $8.33/day for shorter stays). Usage above that allowance will be billed to the card on file.
Local Guests: We welcome local stays. For temporary accommodations, additional information may be required before confirming.
Verification: Due to increased booking fraud, we may request additional ID or payment verification if we’re unable to confirm identity online.
