NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $100/night ($500/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Cameras are installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
