It’s time to embrace the luxury of desert living with this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautiful two-story home located at N 45th Street in Phoenix. The house features an immaculate dine-in kitchen, fully stocked with kitchenware. The house also features a spacious family room with a TV, all in very nice condition. In addition, you have a big, picturesque backyard with a very large grass area, cornhole boards and a magnificent pool as its central feature.

Located less than a mile from the SR51, you can spend your day easily traveling between Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix to see the sights. You can treat yourself to a visit to the galleries and goings-on of Old Town Scottsdale, the stunning sunrise and sunset hikes of the Sonoran desert, the wonder of Phoenix Zoo or enjoy the excitement of the Arizona nightlife.
