Amazing!!
From the opportunity provided to check-in early, to an accommodation with our luggage at check out, this was an amazing experience for us. Perfect Scottsdale Rental
My husband and I spend 3 weeks in Scottsdale and found this casita to be perfect! The location is awesome, walking distance (approximately half mile) to Old Scottsdale and Fashion District. Easy drive, centrally located, to numerous hikes and baseball stadiums. Many restaurants walkable or easy drive. The casita was very private, very clean, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with all the necessities. Outdoor sitting area very nice. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions. Just the right size for 2 adults.

Sweet oasis
Simply and comfortably decorated with all the basics covered. Full kitchen, cool linear bathroom, comfortable bed, comfortable living room with easy-to-use large screen TV, nice private patio, carport. Laundry facilities, too. We relaxed and enjoyed this casita.

Great Little Cassata in just the right spot!
This Little Cassata is just as it is described. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. It is a well thought out property, very nicely decorated and appointed with all the little extra's you didn't know that you needed. The host and hostess were very helpful with questions and responded in a timely manner. The living space allowed freedom of movement, we enjoyed cooking in at the cassata and eating outside at the private patio area. I fell in love with the ceiling fans, along with the air conditioning they were a special treat to cool down the room on those hot sticky days. The carport to the cassata was a great feature to keep the car off of the street and out of the scorching sun. If we ever get back to the Scottsdale area, we look forward to being able to rent this space again.

Lovely casita
I’m so glad I found this place. It was a beautiful place and the location was perfect. The casita was a 10 minute walk to Old Town shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Scottsdale.

If Goldilocks was looking for a place in Scottsdale, she would pick this casita- it’s not too big and not too small, it’s “ just right”. The casita cleverly uses its space to have whatever you need right at hand. Easy walking to Old Town and galleries. Off street secure parking if you have a vehicle. The owners have thought of everything to make your visit easy, including a notebook of restaurant/grocery selections and locations. Texting them if you have questions elicits an immediate response. We would most definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent Casita in Old Town
This was our second stay at this beautiful property. Gwen has everything you could possibly want from a vacation rental. The location is within walking distance from a ton of great restaurants and shopping. The onsite covered parking spot is very convenient. Overall this is one of the cleanest and beautifully decorated vacation rentals we have stayed at.

A True Gem!
It is exceedingly rare to find a gem like this little casita! Every detail of the property was well thought out and comfortably appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was clean and good quality, the towels and linens were plentiful and we slept well every night. Best of all was Gwen, our host!

Very pleased with this Casita located in Scottsdale right across from the Valley Ho Resort. Everything was as advertised and the host had everything ready to go for our stay. This is a very nicely appointed two bedroom Casita with everything within easy walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back next year to stay!

Very Pleasant Stay
This is a very nice property that perfectly matched the online pictures and description. The space has a European feel and is well thought out. For example, we loved having two sinks in the bathroom! It is indeed walking distance to Old Town, which is delightful. Although it is on a busy street and shares the lot with another short term rental, our casita was private and surprisingly quiet. Todd and Gwen were gracious, responsive hosts. We would definitely go back.
