Rude staff

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Marisel , young lady at the desk, was extremely rude. I could tolerate the outdated rooms but one rude staff member spoils everything. She needs some serious attitude adjustment and training in manners. RUDE!!!!! OBNOXIOUS!!!!

Just there overnight. Had to catch early flight at Mesa Airport. Wish breakfast would start at 5 or 530 a.m. Flights are so early at Mesa Airport and you have to be there so early to check in. Other than that great place to stay and very reasonablereasonable rates in the summer for an overnight stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Poor electronic and air conditioning system.

Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Below average.
Cons: Replace outdated TV system and air condition system. Improve Wi-Fi wireless system. System very slow.
Location: None.
Reserved room was in poor condition with outdated TV (broken on/off switch w/inoperable remote control and broken in house phone wire system. Had to walk to front office and asked for another room. When receiving another room, room air condition was inoperable despite OA temp was 109 deg. had to vacate room for 4 hrs and eat at restaurant to have room come to 70 deg room condition.

Leaking ceiling and bad breakfast

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Pool was okay. The landscape is nice lots of grass and palm trees.
Cons: Maintenance! Try even a little bit to improve the breakfast or don't offer it at all because what they are serving is nasty.
Location: Salt river tubing, hiking, a few lakes to the east, Superstition Mall, nice county library.
The room was muskie, the last night the ceiling had a steady stream dripping water. Hotel said they'd fix it in the morning, so maybe next guest will be more comfy. Breakfast consists of rock hard muffin and awful biscuits and gravy all 3 mornings. Good thing there's a wonderful hidden gem of a restaurant behind the hotel it was very good great food and great service.

Mini Refrigerator was really really dirty. Breakfast tatter tots, gravy & biscuits were cold. Morning staff were not friendly. Pool was really nice. Beds were made this time when we first walked in which is an improvement from last time we stayed.

Good pick for lesser priced accommodations.

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Price and overall value for the money.
Cons: Nothing I know of.
Location: Located in Mesa, Az. No idea what to do nearby.
Stayed for 2 nights, enjoyed breakfast on the house and clean room. Pool nice and clean.
