“The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable.”

“Pool is small. The area has some sketchy people around it once you pass the railroad tracks (which you have to pass to get in and out to the main road.) One of the outlets was coming out of the wall and there was still hair in the shower.”

The staff is welcoming and there are so many extra special touches like, kits for making smores, games, chocolate dipped strawberries in the room with personalized handwritten note, bathrobes, charging spots and water kettle. “We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here……
