“I had a suite with a separate living room which I really enjoyed. It was nice that the hotel maintained it’s historical appeal while providing modern amenities. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I will stay at the hotel when I am in the area in the future. ”

“Metro Hotel is a delightful find! The decor in the main areas and the rooms is whimsical and fun, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. I had four great nights here and am going back again in April. It's a great find in Petaluma!”

“The outside was adorable. Apon walking in is a huge wiff of fish and cologne. The man checking us in was very nice but very hard to understand. Once we got up to out room there was no aid conditioning abd the windows dont open. They did give us a little fan but it could only do so much. The door didnt lock properly and there was still hair in the bathtub. They have free coffe in the room but in order to make it you would have to buy the $3 dollar water. For the price we paid for 2 rooms air……

“The young man at the front desk was amazing and very kind. The property was run down. The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Maybe none had stayed there in months? Windows so dirty as well as the carpet and overall property needs renovations. Location was good. The marina was a bunch of dilapidated boats… maybe pictures need to be updated on the site. It’s kind of misleading.”

“This had my favorite complimentary breakfast I have had in all of the hotels I have been to. The room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was really crisp. My only qualm was that the toilet paper was a little rough and the pool was basically the size of a hot tub.”

“Fantastic breakfast and wonderful ambience. Exactly what I wanted out of a B&B. Larry and Pam were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The building was very charming and full of Victorian style. Definitely looking forward to going back.”
