"Room was clean. Air conditioner sounded like jet airplane taking off when it came on. It woke us every time it came on. Staff very nice. Normal continental breakfast."

"The staff was great. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained and spacious. I especially loved the bathroom. The pools (inside and out) were big and clean. I enjoyed looking around the gift shop. There was a wide variety of cute merchandise. Since it was just me and my husband we enjoyed spending some time in Margaritaville! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I know this is where we will be staying for all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg from now on!"
