"What a beautiful farm and glamping spot! We were greeted warmly, given a ride in the UTV 4x4 to our camping spot with a beautiful view of the valley and orchards as far as the eye can see. Accommodations were cozy and perfect for a high-end campground. Running water, bathroom in excellent condition, shower overlooking the forest. "I recently stayed at Bella Surf Inn in Isabela while attending a funeral this past Friday. Although the reason for my trip was a difficult one, the warmth and kindness of the staff made my stay genuinely special. I absolutely loved the property, the atmosphere, and especially the people. Nyshmarie, who cleaned my room on my first day, was wonderful and made sure everything was comfortable and welcoming. Aliyah and Irma at the front desk were both friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Jessy was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to recommend places to visit and making me feel right at home in Isabela. The only issue I experienced was that I was unable to get into my room on the first night. However, the staff was kind and helpful, and this did not take away from the overall positive experience. What really stood out was that the staff didn’t make the experience feel like just another hotel stay. There was a genuine Puerto Rican warmth and hospitality that made a difficult trip a little easier. I’ll definitely be staying at Bella Surf Inn again when I return to Isabela—hopefully next time under happier circumstances. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so welcome. 🇵🇷 🇵🇷"

The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my time there. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay."

"I was in room 419 from Aug 24- 28Staff was beyond excellent, friendly, very attentive and helpful, with security , Jennifer, Carlos some of the name I remember, but the entire staff was excellent making feel the guest as part of their family, room very clean fresh towel and amenities daily, WiFi with free transportation to and from the garage unlimited, very convenient location with restaurants, stores , bakery and attractions within walking distance, I have good memories of Hotel Plaza Mayaguez, I strongly recommend this hotel."
