“What an incredible nature oasis! We loved kayaking, letting the dogs swim in the river, and having bonfires. There were many beautiful native plants and so much wildlife- a fox, a river otter, an owl, and some mud turtles! The cabin was a perfect size and well maintained. Would recommend for a peaceful getaway!”

“The property was very similar to the photos, with a short walk to the river access. We had been concerned that the cabin would be smaller than expected for four adults, but it was very spacious and generally comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking essentials, but there was no coffee. The only issue was that the bunk beds were uncomfortable and very, very squeaky. Any slight movement caused a squeak, and it was so hard to sleep that one person……

“When we checked in the cabin was dirty. There were cooked tater tots in the oven. Toilets were dirty . Concerns about stairs going to the lake are rotting way. Definitely not safe the hand rail go up the stairs is very lose and the first step going in bad shape aslo. The view from the deck is nice. The dock is definitely wouldn't go on .”

“This cabin was truly soul food for my family and I. The serene beauty surrounding it feels almost unreal, and peaceful in a way that allows you to fully exhale. Every detail was thoughtful, cozy, and perfectly done. The kitchen is stocked with any supplies one could possibly need. The bathroom closets packed with fresh fluffy towels to dry off after a dip in the majestic lake. From the quiet mornings to the relaxing evenings catching a walleye off the dock; everything about this stay felt……

“This place was amazing - somehow even better than the pictures! The house/property were clean and spacious and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. ”
