“After Expedia accepted and confirmed my reservation, in the app and by email, two additional emails arrived saying that there had been a mistake and I would not, in fact, have a room to stay in at Tru. This was at 11:30 pm… The only other available room in this town was at Red Roof Inn, so I had to drive another hour to find a room. I don't know if the problem originated with Tru or Expedia but I would recommend confirming by phone if you do decide to book here. Have liked Tru in the past tho.”

“We found this hotel on our way from Florida to New York. It was a very good and clean hotel. In particular, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped us very enthusiastically. Thank you very much!”

“Would not recommend this hotel. Sheets were dirty and full of hair. I asked to switch rooms and was informed I could not because there was no housekeeping on property to clean the room I was in to make it available to someone else so I could not switch rooms. Was offered to either check out or have another set of sheets brought to the room. I explained i could not check out as it was close to midnight and was traveling with 2 children. Overall the room was not clean, hotel itself also looked……

“The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Rooms were filthy and the property was on big party place all night. I recommend that the place gets condemned and demolished”
