Location: Perfect. Small restaurants all around, good walking everywhere. Great room and views from gorgeous large windows.
Gracious and helpful staff, lovely room with a gorgeous view, nice amenities, and close walking distance to restaurants and sites.

Posizione perfetta

Consigliatissimo.

Just an OK hotel. Aged but very central.Great view

The hotel is a stones throw from the Leaning tower of Pisa. In some rooms you can get a view of Pisa from the window if you lean out. The rooftop restaurant has good even better views. That's all that's good about the hotel. The negative is that it is very dated, it looks like it was an amazing hotel 30 years ago, but many improvements are needed such as a fresh coat of paint. Also, there is no parking, they give you a piece of paper allowing you to park within the white lines where locals can park but it's almost impossible to find parking there. Also, they will charge you for this paper at the end of your stay without telling you at the start that it will cost money (but they were friendly and when I told them there was no parking in the white lines, they didn't charge me). If you find parking in the white lines, you have to renew the piece of paper every day. Blue lines are a bit further away and cost more money to park every day but you'll find parking there and pay in advance at the parking meter. Pisa in general is a 1 day trip as there isn't that much to see there so you should avoid boooking a hotel at all. All the other hotels do not look any better than this one. Overall it's an OK hotel, the rooms are not great but they are not the worst. They are clean and look fairly tidy. The insulation is bad so you hear everything from the outside but it's not a busy city in the evening so you can get your sleep. Compared to other Italian hotels, you won't be disappointed

Great location and friendly staff but unfortunately, problems with the TV and Wifi in the bedroom. Also the breakfast could have included more variety, especially hot items. The roof terrace bar was brilliant and the complimentary nibbles a nice and welcome surprise. We would definitely stay there again.

Only stayed 1 night in Pisa but this hotel was great in such a brilliant location. Staff were friendly, room was great and we had a lovely view of the tower. Terrace bar on level 5 overlooking the tower was lovely to sit and have a drink.

Right next to the Leaning Tower... Our room at the front from the balcony was a great picture of the Duomo and its famous leaning bell tower. Not the poshest of hotels, but for convenience could not be beaten. Great views from the rooftop bar. Fairly difficult to find by car, but we put it in the garage overnight (charge Eu 25) and was nicely secure.
