Lovely spot. Quiet and easy access to lots of things one might need while traveling. Only disappointing thing was the pool was closed. Otherwise room was comfortable. Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on in a long time.

Check-in was courteous and helpful. Bathroom floor was not cleaned. There was hair on the floor. I asked for a couple extra towels the next morning and was told I had to bring my dirty towels to the lobby before I was allowed to have towels. The hotel is attractive and the employee who checked us in was delightful. We had reserved a room with a king-size bed but the hotel needed to move us to a room with two queen-size beds. Apparently, multiple cleaning personnel had called out. Our room clocks had not been changed since the last daylight savings change. It is mid September. The first morning we were served coffee in the lobby for breakfast. The second day, there was a full breakfast.

Expedia lists breakfast is included , but they only do breakfast for groups Loved that it felt was tucked away and had nice landscaping (felt naturey), but very close to highway. Gym looked brand new, as did most of common spaces. Room seemed renovated or new as well. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space, including comfortable couch, and a desk where I could work.

We were in town for a KC Riyals weekend. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating and very polite. On entrance to the 3rd floor there was a terrible odor..kind of sewers? Our room, though stuffy, was at first sight ok. Sat on the live seat and pulled up the footstool to reveal someone's chicken pieces they dropped. The pull up table hadn't been dust in a while and the patio slider was filthy..my husband thought it was foggy outside! The shower was clean but after 2 minutes you were standing in ankle deep water. Thank goodness the bed/bedding was clean. Upon checkout we walked in to the ceiling above the desk had collapsed. No one around. Sorry, we won't return
