“Stay was fine but we require handicap access they advertise the room as accessible but doesn’t meet ADA requirements no hand bars in bathroom no way to lift yourself from potty. Their staff member, William, found us a shower chair and directed me to a hardware store to buy potty assist chair. The bed is so high the portable step we carry with us wasn’t high enough had to sleep on couch. The doors and entry ways have a step except at the entrance so every time we went in and out we had to go……

“In my room, there was no hand soap, face soap,body wash or shampoo. Tried calling housekeepers and front desk, but the phone was not working either. Breakfast was terrible, there were just few apples, few cups of yogurt, cereals, milk and that’s it, coffee was old and stale I would not recommend this hotel to anyone”
