“The location on the beach and balcony were great. We did have an issue with cleanliness that we needed staff to correct, however both staff and manager were helpful and considerate in correcting the problem.”

“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“The bartender for their pool bar was very rude. Honest mistake from a customer led him to go on a tangent. Also closed the bar early because it was “windy” even though it was a light breeze. Dude seemed like he just didn’t want to be there.”

“Very beautiful view, clean hotel, complimentary drinks when checking in! They were delicious. Room had complimentary little soda cans and water that were restocked daily and had a little yogurt parfait breakfast in the fridge. Happy I stayed here on the bayside rather than near the boardwalk! Would stay again!”

“We stayed here for five nights and had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was beautiful and clean. The bay view was beautiful. My only qualms were that two days in a row our room did not get cleaned. a bit disappointed that the picture of the indoor whirlpool/hot tub is not the same as what is on site and it would’ve been nice to have a rotation and breakfast each morning as opposed to the same thing every day. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely……

“Staff were friendly. Close to beach. That’s the end of the positives. Rooms smelled like mold. We booked 2 rooms, one had no working ac and smelled horribly moist and musty. Switched rooms, ac worked but the smell was awful. It leached into every item, even plastic bags and food. Have cleaned everything at home, tossed stuff out, washed clothes twice and I still smell it. I can’t believe we breathed that air for five nights. Note: Location- Right on the boardwalk but at the hotel end, not the……

“Room was dirty with sand all over the floor and in shower when we checked in. Wall paper was falling off the walls and drop celling in bathroom was falling down . Will NEVER RENT A ROOM HERE AGAIN”

“Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy. Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up. We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour……
