“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“The hotel is only steps from the beach which was very nice. There were two issues with my room that the staff took care of very quickly. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant had an inexpensive breakfast. WiFi was good.”

“The location and beach were absolutely 5-star and were the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The staff was mediocre and not particularly attentive or welcoming. Even more disappointing was the cleanliness, which was well below acceptable standards. While the beautiful beach and convenient location are hard to beat, the hotel needs significant improvement in housekeeping and guest service. Overall, I would return to the area, but not necessarily……

“Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”

“The property was in a good location block from the beach but not that’s close to the broadway and all the shops and restaurants. We had a car and luckily we were able to find parking but if you come back late it might be a little of a problem. The rooms are ok, nothing special, pretty outdated but it does the job if you just looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time.”

“After returning home, I realized that one of my swimsuits was missing from my belongings. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the excellent reputation that Hilton hotels have. I hope the hotel can look into this matter, as I have always associated the Hilton brand with high standards of service, professionalism, and trust.”
