“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“The room was clean. Breakfast could have used a little more vegetarian options. Indoor pool was not clean and water was little muddy. The property claims that there is private beach but there isn't. It is bay facing and not beach facing. The water view is still really good but if you are looking for beach facing option then this is not that.”

“Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected.”

“The hotel has nice views of the bay but is extremely outdated. The bathrooms are old and looks moldy. We did not get housekeeping at all first day so had dirty dishes garbage and no promised breakfast. Then no coffee pods or creamers so no coffee days 2-3. Asked and they said you need to ask. Also had my grandkids staying in a condo on ocean side and because of worst jellyfish ever thought they could swim in the pool. There were no signs saying no chlldren except one saying kids under age 15……

“I have to say it was ok trip but I heard about it. I wanna go try it out, but I regret going at that hotel the room was not too clean. The staff was OK but it was a poor service can you believe we have to take broom and sweep that room?”

“We had to change our room because the room Was very dirty there was dust on Fridge and coffee stains on counters, our room tv wasn’t working.”

“Room was spacious and very clean. Grounds were clean. We were initially concerned about it being pet friendly - everything was spotlessly clean, and it was quiet too. Good sized refrigerator too. Fully stocked kitchenette. Staff very friendly and helpful. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were not good. We were happy with our stay at the Barefoot Mailman and would stay again.”

“Everything about our stay was accommodating. We needed extra towels, they provided it. We needed a rollout bed, it was there within minutes of us getting into our room. Staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were inviting! Overall great stay, great time!”
