The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surroundings, making guests feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

“Staff at front desk were nice and courteous. Room was clean, I like the location. I didn’t use the pool, but many did. Parking on site was available and never had issues with vandalism while at this location.”

“Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change……

“The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony.”

“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……

“Good location, breakfast was not so good, not good variety, our room had water damaged baseboards and ants coming out from under them so we had to go buy ant spray. Pool was small but very refreshing.”
