“First and Foremost what was the point booking a specific room I saw and wanted off of Expedia to not get said room when arrived to site. Secondly, I inspected the room first thing and found trash under the kitchen cabinet, brought it up to front desk attention and they wouldn’t let me switch rooms as I had already been in the room for a couple of minutes. What kind of excuse is that? This is the last time I book with Comfort Inn.”

“My favorite place to stay because the staff there treats you like family they are the best and the rooms are clean I feel safe there”

“Hotel was nice, staff were nice room had a chlorine smell my room was not near pool. Overall had a good stay didn’t go to pool area or hot tub didn’t have breakfast as it was for purchase and didn’t have time for a sit down only a grab and go. Was happy with stay”

“Location is convenient. Staff is nice. There is a housekeeper shortage and confusion about availability of rooms that are clean.”

“Stayed 4 nights, not once did they do housekeeping. Rarely anyone at the front desk, had to wait around to find someone for more towels. Then they said I’d have to bring my dirty towels up front for them to replace them. Rooms aren’t the cleanest, cabinets and microwave not completely clean. I don’t mind the outdated furniture but i atleast wish it was clean.”
