“I really liked everything about my stay here, but what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. This is the first time I have ever had a manager stop by my table at the free breakfast to ask how my stay was. And then, when he saw things that needed doing at breakfast, he picked up trash and wiped tables. Clearly his attitude influences the rest of staff. Kudos”
