Bathroom

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was pubic hair on the floor and a dirty towel left in the room.

Best Hotel I Ever Stayed In

My experience at the Marriott Hotel was a good one. My children and I had a wonderful time. We slept well and comfortable. We had fun swimming in the pool. The staff was very nice and hospitable. No complaints at all. We recommend that people go to the Marriott in Pleasanton, CA when you are in town.

Great hotel for soccer tournament.

Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast
The front desk was able to accommodate an early check in. My wall plug for usb wasn't working with my phone so engineer came right up. They provided me something to charge my phone.

Friendly staff to help you!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, a/c keeps temp constant very well, luggage carts readily available, free parking, good-sized desk Cons: Not much drawer space, no central lighting (all small lamps), Breakfast buffet (which is very similar in offerings to many free breakfasts in other hotels) was $20! Minor maintenance issues: toilet doesn't stop flushing, room keys (both of them) stopped working twice, battery needed replacing in safe (wrote note to maid about it but nothing happened).

Great overall!

Over all GREAT! The only detractors, which were MINOR, were there was some confusion regarding the breakfast upgrade that we paid for; i.e. they gave me cards for breakfast but then when I got in our room I found a breakfast menu/order sheet that hangs on your door pre-filled out so I assumed it was an either or (take cards to the restaurant OR hang this on your door). So I hung it on the door, and breakfast never came so we missed out on breakfast the first morning. Once I looked again at the door hanger later that afternoon, it was filled out for another prior date and for another room on another floor. So it must have been left on our freshly made bed prior to us being issued the room by the cleaning staff. It was a minor issue, and it would not deter me from staying there again or recommending the hotel to others.
