Point Au Roches State Park: Tours y Actividades

Great stay for the weekend. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is no bath tub, only a step-in shower, which must have just recently been updated because the trim was not finished on the floor. The shower curtain or rod seemed too high because the curtain would not stay in the step-in shower, which left water all over the floor and in the groove where the trim was missing. The pool area was nice for kids. There is a nice shower there to rinse off after swimming. Parking seemed a little limited, probably due to the all the snow. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there plenty of places nearby to eat, also a some convenient stores for late night snacks. We are definitely glad we stayed here rather than in Lake Placid, especially after watching college hockey. It was nice to come back to a quiet place and unwind. We figured Lake Placid would be very loud and crowded. Would definitely return!

Parking was easy, check in at night was a little difficult, had to call and difficult to understand, but follow up emails were great.
