There were stains and rips on the chair in the room. Besides the room, I felt uncomfortable because there was no room key required to enter the vestibule that led to the elevator and no room key required to go on the elevator, meaning that anyone can just go into guest areas. "Bathroom had roaches. We even showed the front desk a video of a live roach on its back on their bathroom floor with its legs moving. The clerk denied the hotel had roaches and kept repeating hotel policy when we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund. There was also active police activity right outside their front entrance, on their lot, during our stay, which made things feel even more uncomfortable. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and helped us get a refund for the remaining nights after the hotel gave us a hard time. Personally, I would avoid staying here."
