The room was clean & had recessed lighting behind the bed headboard & tv which provided low lighting when all other lights were off.
The inclusive breakfast had many options and there was ample seating.

We stayed one night and were very pleased with everything. Management were super friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast options were fresh and plentiful. Plenty of free parking. All of this at a reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed in a premium cabin overlooking the pond. It was a clean cold room that provided a great escape from the heat. The views were great from the little porch and the room was clean and very accessible. This was a great place to stay in the middle of a bunch small Texas towns and forest trails for nature viewing.

The property is nice and clean I think the key to this place are the people . They helped us and took exceptional care of my family . Thank each and everyone at the property. After staying at the other Motel 6 down the road, this Studio 6 is a HUGE improvement for not much more money.
Checkin was smooth and easy. The room smelled fresh and clean. It was very spacious. The linens were clean, no stains. No bugs, good water pressure. The kitchenette was outfitted with the essential pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker and coffee packets. The parking lot is very well lit, making it feel very safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.
