"The property and cleaning staff was excellent but our entire stay was soured by our desire to check in early and because we didn’t want to pay a $50 early check in fee when we knew at least three rooms were clean and ready and we had to wait three hours to check in and the management knew we were waiting and would not even come to the property to check us in. They basically said we will message you when we are coming to check you in. Also often there was no staff on sight so not a customer...
