"Great location: clean and comfy."

"Very clean with a comfortable bed, which are the 2 most important aspects for me, and a cute little coffee bar setup. The unit was a bit tricky to find when I arrived late at night as the development has dark twisty roads, and I didn't know it was on the second floor when I booked, so I had to lug my heavy luggage up a dozen steep steps. (That detail should really be added to the listing.) Another note is that the spiral staircase to the upstairs sleeping area is reeeeally narrow, making it...

"The property owner was excellent in providing all information for property access in a timely fashion! She was wonderful!! The property was EXTREMELY clean, and well maintained! We were provided with ample information about the area, as well as laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Not that she expected us to clean, but there were cleaning supplies on hand for any unforeseen messes made by us. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested in visiting the area!"

"We’ve stayed at a few condos in the past but Kirk and Melissa’s is my fav! Everything is decorated so beautiful and it was so clean! Having a fridge is always a huge plus! The view from the balcony is lovely! Parking is convenient and it was so quiet! We look forward to staying again! "

"It was nice, but this unit had a lot of bugs (lady bugs, flies and bees), maybe due to the closeness of the woods. It was neat but not the cleanest at least not to my standards that is."

"We had to travel to this area for my daughter’s dance competition and this was the perfect fit for what we needed. It’s located directly next to The Minerals Hotel (a part of Crystal Springs). The place was very clean and had nice updates for an older townhome. You cannot use any part of the mountain creek resort or the minerals resort though, that’s the only downside."

"Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...
