“Disappointing one night stop over. Its more of a business traveller, conference & private events venue than a country house hotel. Suite 15 is directly opposite the kitchen extractor fan which is on from before 5.00am until the kitchen closes at night & can easily be heard in the room. The room only had one bedside table & lamp, the glazed entrance is fitted with opaque glass & is the only window so there is no view. If you could see out you would be looking at the car park. “I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back.”

“We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges.
There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room
The building could do with some refurbishment
The views and gardens are beautiful
The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble
The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

I made a mistake leaving a shirt and jeans in my room after leaving, the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in getting the items posted back to my house - really went the extra mile.
