“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“Check in was easy and staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and price was good for being right next door to the arena. Pleasant stay!”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. ”

“The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon”

“The staff and team were all amazing and went out of their ray to be helpful. The breakfast was great and consistent. Pool and hot tub were clean and available. I would stay here anytime! ”

“I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. When I walked into the room it was cold and I turned on the heat but even though it did warm up after a period of time it ended up getting pretty cold during the night. There was no reliable internet and I had to use my phone and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best even at max heat. I selected the……
