"Claremont staff were all gracious, warm, engaging, helpful. Interactions did not feel like "corporate cordiality", instead were spontaneous and natural. When we checked in, a birthday card and gourmet cookies and sparkling water awaited us in our room. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fabulous distant view of the bay, SF and Bay Bridge. The spa and club were conveniently located with many fitness options. We swam laps every morning before breakfast."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are all very helpful, kind and courteous. The rooms are perfect with a nice living room area, large bedroom and the walk in shower is great! The breakfast bar has a wide variety of foods to choose from, the homemade egg omelettes are so good. We also enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Drinks were made correctly and timely. The snacks provided during happy hour were also good each evening. We will stay at this hotel the next time we are in town. 10/10 for sure. "

"Over all great service, clean room. Just at the time of check-in the front desk lady was not helpful and it seems like she didn’t want to do her job. I don’t want to do 4 start just because of her. It was just at time of check-in when I saw her during my two night stay. "

"Checked in late and Kim was so accommodating and friendly! Was able to have a delicious breakfast with vegetarian options, fresh fruit, and a variety of pastries, each morning. There is also a bar with a good selection of beers and wines. The night I arrived in my first night I had some chicken tenders and tots for dinner which were good. The bartender/server there (Alyssa) was also very friendly and the cook was nice and quick too! There are beautiful water views, it is convenient location, and there is a bunch of friendly, helpful staff."
