"The property was fairly clean, a good size, and had a nice overall appearance. However, during our entire stay, housekeeping only came to our room once-and that was only because we happened to see a housekeeper in the hallway and asked if our room could be serviced. She told us that no door sign was needed because housekeeping automatically services rooms, but that wasn't our experience. Even during that one visit, only one of the beds was made, which was very disappointing. We considered bringing the issue to the front desk, but by that point we were concerned that complaining might result in an unhappy employee returning to service our room. Overall, the lack of consistent housekeeping significantly affected an otherwise pleasant stay."
