Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.

We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks. We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!

We've been renting homes in this area for 4 years and this is the best house we've rented! It was very clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order. The kitchen had all the necessities I needed for making meals. The pool area was wonderful for having meals outside and lounging by the pool. There were even pool floats for us to use. I can't say enough about how awesome the owner was! She went WAY out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves while we were there. We will book this property again in the future. If I could give this rental 6 stars, I would!

This was a wonderful home to stay in! The kitchen was a nice size, fully equipped and a pleasure to prepare meals in. The pool is a great feature (especially for those with children). There is plenty to do in the area with Pine Island being one of our favorites. We contacted the owners during our stay and they were quick to respond, helpful and very kind. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home!
My family of 5 stayed here and we had an amazing vacation. The house was extremely clean, the pool was perfect for the kids, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer was great to have, nice large kitchen and plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the pool patio every morning! The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. The house even had WiFi and a Roku for the TV when we needed some down time. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect and close to everything. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful house
We just got done with a five day stay here. House was wonderful very spacious and clean! We enjoyed having our own pool we didn't have to share and being able to cook. Owners we're very easy to communicate with letting us know that the house was ready earlier then three and giving us places to go for fishing. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

End of Summer Vacation
My husband and I like to take our kids on vacation a few of times a year and we always do something the week before back to school, with COVID-19 we really were not sure what we wanted to do so we thought it would be a good idea to rent a house with a pool that was not in a heavily populated area but not too far from the ocean. This house provided just what we needed. It had lots of space, privacy and it was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked down to the seasonings.My 2 older kids loved that their bedrooms were on the other side of the house they even had a seperate living area with a TV. We planned to drive to Tampa and Clearwater but the Red Tide kept us away from the ocean but the kids were just fine being at the house and swimmingin the pool. The best thing about the pool was that it was deep enough my husband is 6'6 and my son is 6'4. We did go to Weeki Wachee Springs for the day and that was fun, Me and my girls loved the mermaid show. The water is Freezing but Beautiful so make sure you go on a hot day.

Huge house Good location
Make sure you only plan on bringing small vehicles or carpool. Hosts are nutty about any parking on the grass. My family came from several locations in Florida and parking was an issue. I received several txts and calls from owner regarding this. And yes they have cameras all over the property which are not divulged in advertisement. House is huge although poorly decorated. It was clean but without any of the usually VRBO extras provided for example spare toiletries which I have seen provided at every other rental Ive booked. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and seasonings. Plenty of towels. The trash cans were full when we arrived which lead a predicament as to where to put ours. Beware of the weird "window" in masterbath that looks into laundry room when not shut and latched. Good location close to the springs. Beds were all super comfortable. It served it's purpose as a place to basically shower and sleep at after long days on the river.
