"One bed was comfortable but the other one was not. The walls are very thin and I could hear neighbors, traffic going by, the toilet was making some sort of noise consistently as well. For one night it was fine but I am glad I didn't stay longer. It is in a good location other than being against two main roads."

"Close to freeway access. We had a roll-in shower room, & the doors were VERY heavy & ran into each other. Also, inconvenient to have sink (small counter) outside of shower/toilet room. Staff were very nice."

"The front desk attendant Susan was not pleasant to deal with. Told us our room was not ready when we first arrived. We took a trip into town then came back later. At this time she told us our room was ready which turned out not to be true. Tried to put us in a room with 2 double beds. This was not what I reserved. When we went to that room initially thinking it was a king bed room, the room was not cleaned, there were 2 double beds. We then went back to the desk and let the front desk attendant Susan know that was not the room I reserved and that it was not ready. She also was not very helpful in directing us to the room or the elevator when she finally did give us the right room. All we got was its around the corner. Ok which corner. By the time we got settled into our room our frustration factor was higher than it should have been. The tv in the room also did not work. Overall nice little place but I will not stay there again. One time was enough for US."

"The view was beautiful. The hospital helicopter pad was quite noisy. I respect that this hotel / Castle is quite old, but the hallways were very noisy. The stairs were creaky. The elevator was extremely loud and the helicopter pad of the hospital next-door also woke me up several times in the middle of the night. There was also a loud humming that came from the hotel room fridge. Overall, it was a good stay, but not excellent. I wouldn’t stay again."
