“Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.”

“Wonderful trip with my wife and 2 month old. Wife loved the spa and I got to golf whistling straights. Great food everywhere. Very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was so helpful and especially at the front desk, a woman named LuLu was key in helping me with my boarding and printing of the boarding passes and then some.. She and all the staff are what this hotel brought to leave an excellent rating!! Location was great and the room was very large -this was a king size bedroom. Only drawback was not as much closet or clothing space, but we made do. I would come back there when we visit Milwaukee again...”

“We think there should be another safety bar in the shower, As elderly people we had a hard time getting out of the shower, The side needs a bar to hang onto.”
