“The lady at the front desk with red hair was so unfriendly and not very helpful. I had better luck with another employee the following dat but the hotel is dark gloomy smelly and old outdated and overpriced.”

“Loved the location for what we were there to do. We reserved a suite w/a kitchenette which we wanted to be able to have a bigger fridge and I was bringing my own breakfast due to diet. We could NOT get the air down to cool off to the our choices without getting up constantly to try to get it down. Also, we usually run the fan at night in hotels for “white noise” especially when right on the highway. That was not an option. Our 1st night there my husband almost fell in the tub/shower because……

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”
