“Close to supermarket staffs are nice”

“The elevator was broken, and the fitness room was not open during the stated hours, so I had to track down an employee to let me in. Once I was let in, the water fountain was also broken in the fitness room and there were no cleaning supplies or wipes for the equipment. They had a sign on the broken water fountain, saying that you could request a complimentary water bottle from the front desk but the front desk was not staffed any time that I was in the lobby.”

“Honestly the most terrible Econolodge I have ever been to. The hotel was very dirty overall, the room seemed like someone else was still in there as the bed was made but it was still dirty. Things got left behind that weren't cleaned up or thrown away, the floor in the bathroom was completely dirty & sink as well. The air conditioner had visible dust all over the place & microwave door was broken. I understand is an economic hotel but wow the service truly terrible. The guy at the front desk……
