"Didn’t need AC"

"Room smelled of chlorine/musty. No chair to sit in- only desk chair. No towel racks to hang towels- lights in room all motion activated- go out if you are still. Guests yelling , slamming doors at 1:30, 2:30am and bed so soft in middle you roll to middle. No staff at desk upon checking out to get a receipt and no one answered the bell. Hair in the sink and on back of toilet on check in. No maid service. Not a great place to stay "

"There are many restaurants very close. The rooms were very clean and the one person that shined at this property was a Staff member that cleaned all the rooms and helped guests with all their questions. She alone is a 5 star 🌟 "

"If it wasn’t for the manager Elijah, I would definitely give the hotel a bad rating. When we got to the room it wasn’t the room we paid for. Having mobility challenges I asked for a room with a roll in transfer shower. We received a walk in shower instead. So the manager moved us to the correct room. He explained the system had the wrong type room assigned to the one we were given. When we got to the correct room we find a broken table. So the manger had to replace it. Then there was no shower soap in the container in the shower. So the manager had to get that replaced. The shower floor was too slippery for handicapped people. Had to be very careful not to fall. Not to mention the water never got hot. Warm enough to take a decent shower but not hot. All in all there were too many problems that could have been avoided in there was a good quality control system in place. Thanks to Elijah for showing us he cared. Would I return to this hotel, probably not!"

"The TV had issues screen mirroring, the gym and pool are underground so pretty small; good interior design and decent breakfast"

"Can't expect basic hygiene, Okay if the price is the only concern for you don't expect anything else and be be ready to sleep on a dirty bedsheet and smell a stinky blanket "

"Breakfast was ok! Biscuits, eggs, sausage were hot food choices. Pool was small but open!"
