“The building and room were clean. A sign on the empty check-in desk said “Ring for service.” I tapped the bell one time. The check-in attendant came out to the desk after I rang. She was clearly interrupted from eating in the back and had a mouthful of food when she asked what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation. She then instructed me to move to the other side of the register (away from the bell) while she looked up my reservation. It took longer than it should have and she seemed……

Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……
